The wine list at The Hyde has been thoughtfully curated by Restaurant Manager Julien Baudoux, drawing on his French heritage to select the finest wines of the region, as well as a nod to the Macedonian influence from Christos, with a luxurious Greek rosé, perfectly picked to be paired with the restaurants offering of seafood.
